The challenge
Peakline competed in a crowded home-services market where “near me” searches and the Google Map Pack decided most jobs. Their Google Business Profile was incomplete, citations conflicted, and paid search sent traffic to a generic homepage that did not match local intent. Spend rose while booked jobs stayed flat.
The solution
We rebuilt their Local SEO foundation: GBP categories and services, photo cadence, review response, citation cleanup, and location/service pages that matched how buyers search. In parallel we launched disciplined Google Ads Search campaigns with call tracking, negatives, and landing pages aligned to each service line.
Weekly reviews tied Maps impressions, calls, and CPA together so organic and paid stopped fighting for the same budget story.
Stack
Google Business Profile, Search Console, call tracking, Google Ads Search, location page templates, and a shared dashboard for map-pack presence, calls, and cost per booked lead — under one digital marketing engagement.
Results
Qualified calls more than doubled over the measurement window. Priority service+city queries reached the local pack top three in core ZIPs. Paid CPA dropped about a third after query cleanup and landing-page match. Outcomes are illustrative of our process — we scope real baselines before promising any client-specific lift.
